asphalt paving services at Shell Vern Perry Asphalt Paving is equipped to do both large and small paving projects including but not limited to, asphalt patching, installing new asphalt, removing, grading and replacing decomposed asphalt.

We also install Petro Mat Paving Fabric, overlay the mat fabric with asphalt and create one of the finest, longest lasting surfaces available today. Upon completion of the asphalt phase, we provide seal coating for aesthetics and maintenance to prolong the life of the new surface, thus reducing future repairs and needless expense.

We can then complete the project with striping layouts, letter stencils i.e. Handicapped, Enter, Exit, directional arrows, etc. per client specifications. Government guidelines are carefully monitored so that we adhere to and stay well informed of codes and the ever changing laws affecting the paving industry.

Vern Perry Asphalt and Paving - Staff Qualifications

Each member of our asphalt crew is thoroughly trained by Vern Perry or the superintendent, Ricardo Rene' Lopez. Mr. Lopez has been with the company for 27 years. All personnel have undergone injury and illness prevention training and attend weekly safety meetings to comply with CAL-OSHA requirements. Vern Perry establishes a safe, accident free working environment by following the philosophy of "SAFETY IS FIRST". Site specific health and safety plans are individually developed and meetings are held on site prior to commencing work.
